I'm having an issue with ProScan and an SDS200 on a Windows 10 machine not transmitting audio. I have it connected and can control the scanner via the ProScan application on a remote device. I see no activity in the scope when audio is being broadcast. Scanner does NOT show in the the Auto Detect IP Scanner window.
- TCP/UDP are connected and are TX/RX.
- Capture audio service is RSOIP
- Loopback is checked
- Windows Defender firewall is inactive/no antivirus/malware program active
- ProScan run as admin
- Set IP static and DHCP with no change.
- Rebooted the scanner and computer multiple times with no change.

What am I missing?

This is an audio only problem. Is that correct?
The display on the Server instance looks like the actual scanner display. Is that correct?

I would make sure the ProScan server side is good before doing anything on the RSOIP client side.
Go to the Audio Control - RSOIP tab then click the URL Setup button. In the dialog that pops ups, does it show the TX and RX bytes incrementing or does it show errors (color red)?

BTW, I never advise running ProScan as admin.

{edit} If errors, see if these tips helps.

Correct, audio only. On the interface I see the scanner and can control it with no issues. The display on the server side shows as the scanner displays. I've setup the URL and it shows TCP/UDP connected and TX/RX bytes incrementing. No errors as shown in this screenshot.

I only tried running it as an admin when the normal way didn't work.

The URL Audio Setup screen looks good. You should see the audio meters move in the Audio Control - RSOIP tab on the left side on the server instance. Is that right? If good so far, then work on the client side.

I do see the audio meters but nothing is coming across audio wise. In the audio control scope I have a flat line when audio should be coming across. I hear audio on the scanner but none through the computer. I have no malware/antivirus other than Windows Defender and that's disabled.

Place the mouse cursor over the scope then right click then choose the type of scope.

I've changed the scope to all available options and no change.

I just noticed that the "Time Elapsed" stays at 0:00 instead of counting up.

Power cycle the scanner. When the scanner comes back up. Hit the "." key to let it go into normal operations (Serial Port mode) then click on the "Auto Detect IP Scanners". See if the scanner shows up in the list. If so then click on it. Also see this and go through the items.

You may also want to swap ethernet cables if you haven't done it already.

Power cycled the scanner and changed out ethernet cables, it still isn't passing audio or showing up in the list. Only thing I haven't tried is connecting the scanner locally, which is my next endeavor.
