Proscan - SDS200 Programing

Greetings,
I just received my SDS200 and I have set it up using "url". I'm runging and able to open and scan on my other PC on my Lan. Question, can I and how do I progam it while in "url" mode or connection?
Quite a learning curve about as complex as my Unication G5 (which is about to go "for sale"). Thanks in advance.

In Proscan Favorites editor, choose FTP Scanner Read and it will read. Then Choose FTP Scanner Write, and it will write your programming.

but this doesn't seem to work. Let me be clear, my SDS200 is in another room, and I am connecting to it via "url" mode, which is connection through my Lan.
I can't get the SDS200 to go into "mass storage" mode.

You don't need MSM when connected via the LAN.

ok, then what an i doing wrong? If I try to write to the in favoritew editor, i get a screen that says "select scanner" but it is blank. At the bottom of the screen, it says "send MSM command to scanner"

Did you setup the scanner FTP settings?

Go to Settings - LAN Settings - Set FTP Server
Don't use the same User Name for Read Only and Writeable.

Are you still getting an error when you try to write? If so then make sure the read only username is not the same as the writable.
