Proscan set-up help!

I've downloaded Proscan to my Win 10 computer. I am having a problem setting up the Comm Port. It currently shows "none" and I have no idea how to properly set it up.
Detailed help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What type of scanner?

You may need the serial port driver.

After that, go to the Comm. Port menu and click on Auto Detect.
