Proscan with bcd966t

Hello all,

I just received my uniden bcd 996t and am attempting to run it with proscan. Everytime I try to get it to recognise my scanner I get this response from proscan " not valid while a server or client is running ". What does that mean? I have no other software running? Under the options tab clicking comm part I get the same response.

Any help would be appreciated!

Scanner Over IP is running. Click the button "Stop" in the Remote Scanner Over IP tab.
