Heard on MN ARMER Polk EOC wanted NW 2 patched to NE 2. Also lots of chatter from surrounding counties about training for the past couple of days. Seems like their preparing for the worst with the Trump team in Bemidji and the Biden rally in Duluth tomorrow. Be interesting to see what the result is. It’d also be nice if we had a working feed off the Bemidji sites.

I'm assuming they won't use ARMER (State Radio System) for event tac/security..probably conventional to alleviate the towers since they'll be near each other. I'd also assume they'll go encrypted. The dispatch center will be probably using the main un-encrypted channels as routine. I do think they've upped the power today on some of the P25 sites though, unless 800mhz is ducting? Tac is allowed upload to calls though..
Anyone getting any hits while Trump is up there? If so, please post the frequencies you heard something related.
Head Beltrami EMS did go to 8SOA2 as the event channel. Also heard instruction to turn radios off scan mode. Didn't go so not sure on Bemidji tower usage. Got traffic on DOT EC they started install of barriers at 8:00am sharp it sounded. With sweeps and securing of the area starting about 8 maybe a bit before. State Patrol started doing task assigning early around 5:40am. TRF and DL State Patrol dispatch were patched for almost the whole day. (Although normal at night anyway)

As of now Bemidji DOT is still doing the traffic control, major traffic congestion reported on BL-1. The surrounding ARMER sites are lighting up, probably the agencies are clear of all event channels back on scan mode. Seeing lots of random agencies using voice channels on Bagley, mostly BL-1 and EGF PD.
Anyone have any info from Duluth?
