PSK31 5498.5 kHz

I just came across what looks like an idling PSK31 signal on 5498.5 kHz (0654z). I'm continuing to monitor it, but I've never seen anything like this before outside the ham bands.

Has anyone else picked this up?

Did you try to decode it?

I'm not saying that this is what you're hearing, but early last spring (I think it was), there was a numbers station that was using various PSK modes instead of CW or voice - it sparked quite a bit of interest. It was thought that the Cubans were fooling around with MultiPSK software...

Yep, but there really wasn't anything to decode--it was just a straight idling signal.
