PSR-300 Battery Life

Hello to all,
Just wondering if anyone knows what the battery life is like on this unit in terms of how many hours it will run on a charge? I have some 2500mah batteries laying around. Would anyone happen to know? I may consider purchasing one, really nice looking!!

Iam using the 1000mah mine has run 8 hours without a charge so far the battery hasnt even began to get low at all

That was the information I was looking for. I currently have a Uniden BR330T scanner but I am not that happy with it and was thinking about replacing it with this model. Glad to finally see a radio last a long time without having to change out batteries all the time.
