Hi all, I just received my new PSR-410 in today and want to set it up over the weekend. Now the area im in, is Suffolk County, NY This system has now been re-banded for awhile now. How would I go about creating a custom reband table within the scanners own programming? I can't afford the software as of yet or the cable to be honest. But any help would be greatly appreciated. Im just getting back into the hobby again now with the new GRE.

Hi Techy
I don't own that specific model, but I believe the procedure would be the same as for the PSR-600, which is the digital base/mobile. Both your PSR-410 & the PSR-600 are Object Oriented Scanners, and program the same way (though, of course, your scanner is analog only).

The procedure for entering the custom rebanding tables through the keyboard, for the digital scanners (should apply to your scanner as well), can be found on the bottom of this Wiki page. The link to the table values is just above that, or here. Also see this section of the "Easier to Read" manual for your PSR-410.
