PSR 500 and APCO VHF

I want to try and monitor the Hoover Dam Police as shown on the Nevada data base http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=1745
and all I see is the freq. No tables or steps etc? I'm not sure if the auto p25 mode will catch it unless I go to the Dam. Thought I could avoid the trip and ask for help here.
How exactly would I program this into the 500? Should I simply set it as a conventional object or a tsys? Any suggestions? Thanks.

163.12500 Hoover Dam Police APCO-25 looks like the scanner will detect the NAC (I would put on search mode for NAC). I would just put the freq like as you would put as a conventional freq. I do not know about the tables or steps. I believe if the vhf is trunking then the tables would fall in etc..

You enter it in as a conventional object, under Sq Mode put in P25, or search. Don't worry about tables or offsets, those are only for trunked systems.
