The 500 is on the way too me.As a rookie how long should it take time wise to have the 500 up and running.
Ok that info is encouraging and brings me to another issue.I am being told by locals that not to even mess with a RR subscription and stick with either Win500 or ARC500 only.I understand about the free 30 day trial but at some point you will have to buy it.But also if you want to get the local digital trunked system freqencies i have to subscribe to RR right?SO in the end i will spend 70.00 to get what i need right? It is not about the money but it is all about getting it to my satisfaction. What good is it to download the local dts to free trial software that you will not keep.
Yes but are you a ROOKIE.You dont understand.Never seen Win500 much less pre-configure anything.Import the local trunked system from this website?I can tell you right now that i have set aside 4 hrs for this task.I can tell you hell 10 minutes is dream.Where can i reference help to do this?Is the local trunking system free?
Yes, you need a RR Subscription and one of the three software's mentioned by mickey60I am going to get a download that is not the question. It is do i need both the RR sub and lets say ARC500.If im going to get the local digital trunking system i have to pay RR.Does that cover what i need or do i have to get both RR and ARC500?I do not want to type anything
