PSR 500 help.

Is there anyone that can help me with my PSR 500 in the Seattle area? I'd like to meet with someone here at my condo on Bainbridge island if possible. I think there are some errors in my current file causing me to miss traffic. It was working fine.Then stopped. So I sent it off to GRE they did find problems with the last radio. But I've got the new one going and it's still pretty dead compared to my Pro97

I almost forgot I know that I asked you this before, is it OK that I add your web site under related links on the king county database page, I can do that today.
