psr-500 led/alert problems.

i recently bought a psr-500.the led and alert options were working.i noticed that on a channel i had the led/alert programed it stopped receiving both.i went back into the menu and both features are still set the same.i "saved" them again,and they are not working.i did check to see if i still get the led color's and alert's in the menu,and i still do.any idea's .

Is the "Alert Mode" option under the GLOB menu set to "Both"?
