Does this have a regular belt clip or does it have one simular to the unidens, that has a button on it and then you slide the belt clip over the metal button? My uniden 330t has this and is anoying.

The "annoying" clip on the Unidens is superior to the one on the GREs that is so cheap I wouldn't even suggest using it. Some people have reported breaking it just from sitting down with the scanner on their belt.

^ my psr500 belt clip broke when i went to sit down on the grass to watch the fireworks...it sucks no i have to carry it in my pocket till i get a new clip geezz

never use the clip...invest in a case with a real belt clip on it : )
