Have you done any firmware updates to your scanner since purchasing it? Maybe check out www.greamerica.com for any new updates. Check the Wiki for programming tips. I live to far north to help. Do you import straight from RR? There is only one CC showing for the system. Last update to the system in the database was two months ago.

I have done firmware updates i do import directly from RR and im like you it is showing only one CC when before i had 5 or 6 i think it really dont make any since i know.

Just try programming ALL the frequencies.... that if CC Changes you will have em
