I was having problems hearing all my favourite OPP freqs, so I downloaded a whole new list of freqs directly from this site, to the scanner. I did hear some new stuff and a litte OPP. Not being satisfied with what I was hearing I then downloaded the info from my scanner to the computer using PSREdit500 (I used the same to upload) to look at the freqs. The scanner then came alive! What did I do wrong the first time I dowloaded the info into the scanner?
