Right now I have my PSR-600 set up with the antenna fully retracted, in order to best recieve 800 MHZ transmissions. I also however, have 100 MHZ high band channels programmed in. What sometimes happens is that the PSR-600 will lock on to a 100 MHZ channel and have sound about a quarter second after my PRO-97 does, although once it is locked on the signal is very strong.
It is almost like the PSR-600 has the delay as the repeater opens up, but the PRO-97 does not. Does anyone know what is causing this?
