No, the PSR-600 will not do P25 Phase II.

You also need to give people a chance to answer, especially on a weekday as people are often working and not as many people check the forums and cab provide answers. You should give your question at least a day for someone to answer.

Nope. The PRO-652 will not do Phase II TDMA. The PRO-652 is the Whistler WS-1065 model.

Whistler makes the radios for Radio Shacks

If you are looking for a desktop model and I mean right now then Uniden BCD536HP is the only radio on the market that you will need to buy for Phase II TDMA. Thats it

No sir, there is no firmware available for the Pro-652 to allow for Phase II. I am attaching a list of ALL Phase II scanners available (this list will include handhelds, you can chose to ignore those). If it is not on the list, then it cannot do Phase II. There will not be able update available for anything that is not on this list for Phase II as other scanners lack the hardware to process Phase II.

Current P25 Phase II Scanners:
Uniden BCD436HP (Handheld)
Uniden BCD536HP (Base/Mobile)

Special Case P25 Phase II Scanner:
The following model is discontinued but may still be found online. Will eventually be resold under a different name in the future.
