PSR-800 and Choppy Phase II audio

Hi Guys,

I read quite a few posts on here about the GRE800 with the choppy phase II audio.. do any of you know if this has been resolved?

The systems in Question are:

Metrolinx: Metrolinx - GO Transit Trunking System, Golden Horseshoe Area, Ontario - Scanner Frequencies

and

Durham: Durham Region (Project 25) Trunking System, Durham, Ontario - Scanner Frequencies

Current firmware and DSP.. decodes very choppy even with full signal on a 40 foot tower on top of a hill.

I've been having that problem for months could never figure out why. Always sounded like someone was sluring their speech you can barely undrstand it lol. When I would go back into my recordings, the user would be
talking very fast almost but it didn't sound choppy, but it was like someone had taken the audio and put it throght a filter by using a sofware program. Its very strange, to bad my radio died R.I.P PSR 800 lol

It has to be a system problem as GO Transit does not work but when I set the autofill on the new Durham system comes in crystal clear.
