PSR 800 and Windows XP SP3

I put the EZScan software on different computer and tried to download a new library to the scanner. I got a Windows error message saying that the download would cause problems immediately or in the near future because it didn't pass the Window Logo test. Stopped the download and went searching on the GRECOM knowledgebase where I found one thread saying XP had to be at SP3 in order to work. Well, I am at SP3 so don't know what to think about this. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

I think it's probably the driver for the scanner itself. I also think it has nothing really, to do with SP3. I wouldn't worry about it.
