PSR-800 Delay Feature

May purchase one of these...

Does the PSR-800 have a 'per channel' selectable delay for scanning? Or does it have a delay feature like the BCD396XT that is on a system basis, whereas there is no ability to set it per channel...

I agree. I couldn't imagine being tied down to a global system delay.
