Will the 800 receive and decode a Harris P25 Phase 2 system with the latest firmware upgrade available on this website?
Thanks,
Jarrell

It should.

Confirm the following is set correctly:
- Select TRUNKED RADIO SYSTEMS tab
- Select the system of interest
- Select SITE DETAILS tab
- Select SITE OPTIONS and make sure TRUNKING TABLES are set to AUTO FILL

The Central Georgia system has a non-standard trunking table.
The Macon city system is X2-TDMA flavor.

Are you asking about the Macon City system, or the Central Georgia Interop system?
If Macon City, it is still Phase I. There are NO X2-TDMA TGID's. They are 'D'igital.
If you are asking about the Central Georgia system, you will need to program all of the red frequencies.
Both systems need to be P-25 Auto.
You will need firmware 1.8 to hear any Phase II/X2-TDMA transmissions.
Check the GA state forum for more info about the systems.

Thank you for all the replies. Yes, I'm mainly interested in the Central Georgia Interoperable Radio System. Can I do all that you say I need to do within the EZ scan software? I have:
uPAppl ver: U1.9,
DSP app ver: 1.3,
Dsp voc ver: 1.6 and
RR Lib ver: 413

You have what you need. Don't know about the library, because I find any reason to update every week. Just make sure that you make a scanlist just for that system. Make sure that it says P-25 Auto. Also, make sure that all the frequencies are included in the system frequencies. If you have problems, PM me.

Thank you, Larry. I'll give it a try this weekend after I get the honey do list done. The only question I have right now is about making sure " that all the frequencies are included in the system frequencies."
I appreciate your help!
Jarrell
