PSR 800 Help?

Hi, I would like to know how to set up the scanner {using the scanner only, no computer}, to scan frequencies not found grouped together in the library. Different agencies, cities counties.How do I input them and where?

I still find it easier to use the software. You can create your own lists of conventional frequencies.

I agree 100% that the software is the easier/ more efficient way to go.
