PSR-800 Low Audio Issue

I located 1 thread about low audio concerning distorted digital. That's not my issue.

I have found that having the volume on 6 was plenty loud sitting in my office. Now, I am having to adjust the volume level to 11-14 to hear the radio. I've tried the following:

1. Selected Abst for the entire the trunked system
2. Selected Abst for the trunked system and each Tgrp
3. Selected Abst for the Tgrp and disabled Abst on the trunked system

Any suggestions?

My 800 has to be on at least 15 before anything is understandable, I usually have it on 24-25 and its not to loud at all, about 19 or 20 at night time.

Heck, mine is always above 20.
