PSR-800 scanning disabled scan lists

Crazy deal I have gotten myself into. It's scanning disabled scan lists and I can't seem to fix it. I don't or have not changed scan sets at all. Everything I have ever done is with lists.

Any help would be appreciated. I thought about formatting the card but didn't want to have to do the drama. Any way of dumping all freqs without losing the library?

Figured it out I'm an idiot. Go to the 150's in the scan list. Just took a 2500 mile road trip and was loadin in counties as I drove. Sorry.
