Hi new at this have psr800 I was listening to local save scans and I updated my library I can't here traffic going on is that way get the older version before updated my library thanks preciate it any suggestions

Did you try looking at the updated library in the EZ Scan Digital software under the Library Import tab, Select Import Type: Standard, to see if the systems you monitor have been updated? You could also try re-sending the configuration to see if that corrects the problem.
