PSR-800

I got the psr-800 scanner and I like. I had a problem with the original sd card and since have replaced it. Here is my problem.
I am from Greenville, N.C.. With the first card I could pick up the Greenville police, since I formatted the new card and updated everything, I can get everything in Pitt County except the Greenville police unless it is a special tac force.Can someone tell me if I have done something wrong.
I welcome all the info I can get. Thanks for all your help.

Hey Earl, I live in Greenville! Are you using an computer software to import site and talkgroup info or are you progrmming by hand? I know it sounds silly but it could be as simple as you forgot to add their talkgrous back in??? On a related note are you monitoring the new Pitt County 700 mhz system?? If you need any further help please let me know!
