psr-800

I got the psr-800 scanner and I like. I had a problem with the original sd card and since have replaced it. Here is my problem.
I am from Greenville, N.C.. With the first card I could pick up the Greenville police, since I formatted the new card and updated everything, I can get everything in Pitt County except the Greenville police unless it is a special tac force.Can someone tell me if I have done something wrong.
I welcome all the info I can get. Thanks for all your help.

First, I have moved this to the GRE Scanner forum, as I am sure that you will get more dedicated PSR800 response here than the New User Forum. I understand that you did not get much help in the NC Forum so a new topic is in order, but I think this is a better choice of forums.

Next, you say you updated everything, but I want to make sure that you have updated the firmware in the scanner. Typically that is not part of the SD card memory allocation, but this scanner is revolutionary in many aspects and I don't know that not to be the case here.

Finally, if you still have the old SD card and it still functioned at some level, could you swap it back in to see if Greenville PD come back. One other thing, since I am not familiar with the area, what are the chances that the Greenville PD are trying out operations on the new Phase 2 system.
