PSR Audio cuts out

I have a PSR 800 The audio cuts out like every 30 seconds when somebody is talking. It is almost like the priority is on but it is not. It does this on both analog and digital. Any ideas?

Check to see if the weather priority is turned on.

Press the WX/Skywarn button, then press the MENU button and finally scroll down to the Priority item.

If there is a frequency listed there, press the right arrow as many times as needed until the options shows as "Off". Then press the MENU key and the SEL key to save the changes.
