PSR500 Alerts

I updated my database using Win500 but cannot figure out how to turn on the alert sound that I had for a particular dept. I set it but it does not work. Any ideas? Thanks

Did you set Alert Mode to Tone?

In Win500 I selected 2Chirp but I get no alert.

On General Tab look for Alert Mode. Set it to tone.
