PSR500 and EDACS question?

I have a PSR500 and am listening to and EDACS system in Vancouver BC Canada right now. Im having one problem is that the LED light will stay on affter a transmission and wont turn off till you hit scan. Is this an PSR problem or a programing problem?? Could just be the interface between the scanner and the user. Thanks for any help on this question.

Do you have the "Latch LED" option turned on for any of the TGRP objects in the TSYS?
