psr500 programming help

Hi all. I just picked up a used psr500 and am not sure how or what to program into it. I live in Regina and want to hear as much as possible. The guy about bought the radio from had deleted all the frequencies programmed into it,so its just like dead or something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Download "win500" , open program and load the file I well email you when you send me your address ...

You have a computer cable to hook to the 500 ?
