PSR500 Question

I am using Win500 to program my PSR500 and I downloaded all the info that was in a Pro96 and now when trying to copy and paste a conventional HAM radio group into the 500 it dumps the frequencies into another TSYS with other conventional frequencies instead of the location I specify......very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
