On The Left Side Of The Display And
Level
5.40v
On The Right Side Of The Display
What Does The Information On The Left Side Of The Display Mean?
The Right Side Of The Display Is Obvious Even For A Machinist To Understand. Thanks .paul1

The number 607 is the digital equivalent of 5.40v (analog).
If you divide the 5.40 by 607 you get approximately .00889 (8.89mv) which is the step size (or resolution).
Smaller step size equals greater accuracy.
The step size is what each increment of one equals for the scanners internal digital to analog converter integrated circuit chip.
In other words, to convert the digital number to analog voltage, just multiply the digital number by the step size.
And to convert analog to digital, just divide the analog voltage by the step size.
