I have another stupid question? I was wondering if you can scan ID search like the 396/996 etc... I think I'm blind if I didn't see that in the software.

You can enter a *wildcard* in any TSYS as a TGRP ID. Any active TGRP that is not programmed in your radio TSYS will show up on that wildcard and report its ID number you can use it that way or program it's number for future use.

This is a bit different from how the Uniden scanners deal with SCAN vs SEARCH but I actually like it.
I assigned and LED and an ALERT to my wildcard. This way if something new pops up, the scanner will do a bit more to get my attention.
