PSR800 EZ-SCAN wont.show MD First Freqs

I have a PSR 800 which when I attempt to load MD FIRST it shows an X and won't allow any downloading. Any suggestions?

You have do the firmware update that allows you too decode Phase 2.

I have 1.8 which the program states is the latest?

Then you may have to enter the data manually into the software. Usually there is only a X if the system is encrypted or a using a digital signal that can not be decoded like trbo or nxdn.

Hi thanks, I did another update and all now works fine. Apparently I had 1.o instead of 1.3.
