Hmm, not sure that's even possible.

Remove it completely from power for a minute or two, no usb cable, no batteries, then try powering it back up.

Also your memory card may have become corrupted somehow, which will cause it to not boot up too. Seems this IS pretty easy to do since it's happened to be at least 2-3 times.
