I have a GRE500 and just purchased a PRO652.. I use the above software My question is can I download on both scanners using different scan lists for each w/o interfering with already down loaded lists. Thanks

No problems here on that, just be sure you have the latest version, I assume you have it since they put out the new version out a couple months ago to support the 651-652.
Go to HELP and 'check for updates'
