I'm not good on this software stuff, but I believe I've been reading in this forum that the software programs generally work on full transfer each time. In other words, what you have in your scanner will get overridden by the next upload. So, as I understand this, you need to download what you have on the scanner back into the software program, then add what you want, then upload the whole business to your scanner. I hope this makes some sense to you.

Once you have selected the frequencies to be imported. Click on the "import frequencies" button on the lower left of the import screen. that will take you to the next import screen. You now need to highlight the frequencies. That will allow you to put a check on the scan list number where you want to put the frequencies. Look for the "scan list membership" area near the bottom. Then click on the "import selected" button. Repeat as necessary for each separate scan list.
