Site 6.148 has been located at 77 Belfield Road in Toronto. This is a Bell Mobility Radio office complex.

I went out there this morning since it is only 3 km's from my home. I put on my safety vest (to blend in with the Amazon warehouse workers at the Distribution Centre, next door) and sat outside the building to see what would show up on my scanner.
This is obviously an in-house system as back at home there is no control channel on that frequency. The site NAC is AD6

Great find and work. The vest was a great idea LOL. "Do not mind me. I am tracking your Amazon package."

If time permits maybe you will get lucky and can confirm the site base freq match PSRN. Since its in house I doubt there will be a neighbor list. It will be interesting if its going to simulcast any PSRN TG

77 Belfield is also where all the new sites were assembled and ready to be drop-shipped. It's been on the air for a few years now, though it wasn't always transmitting the same SID.

Check out Google Street View from July 2019.

I looked at the Street View and to me, that is where all the Amazon guys and their delivery trucks are. The 2019 photo did show a Bell utility truck with a "cherry picker".

I was in front of the offices where I took this picture of the outside. I went for a 10 min bike ride from home and carried my scanner in a back pack. Next time, I'll take the car and my laptop, SDR and open DSD+ to capture real data.

This morning, I sat at the east side of 77 Belfield which is visitors parking. I had my SDR and laptop with me. Signal is very weak. I captured the Control Channel on 143.31 with AD6 NAC. However, when 143.31 was being used by FleetNet, it changed to 2D3.

At one point, I lost the PSRN CC and DSD+ FL FMP24 wanted to tune to 143.085. Nothing heard on 143.085.

If you drive by Kipling/401/409/Belfield area, it is only a minute west and the visitors lot is the first place on your right when you make a left off of Belfield, if you want to check this out for yourself.

I know you know this but for others following the thread. The changed NAC is because your receiver captured the stronger FleetNet signal on 143.310. Its possible that the 77 Belfield site is in Idle Mode and thus will have no neighbors or secondary CC. Thanks for making the trip with the advanced hardware.

Back to Belfield during lunch today. This time I used another diagnostic program in my toolbox. I fired up Pro96.com with the BCD 325P2 scanner and was able to capture the alternate control channel and neighbour list. Check out the decode rate. It was wildly fluctuating.
