Definitely doing testing of some sort with towers and such.I had the 1010 TG listed as a GTA area TG. It appears that it is not a GTA TG but maybe something used for setting up the system. 1010 was seen active about the time that zone 1 was being built out. Hopefully you can get some idea from the audio.
700924 is a OPP RID
100090 is a BMR RID
100500 is a BMR console RID

For Ottawa 74, The NL list shows►1.52 1.57 1.60 1.61 1.64 1.66 1.91 1.93It's possible they have two sites in Ottawa.
What do the neighbours for each site look like? Might give an idea to what end of the city they're in.
I had noticed some digital activity for some time now on the frequency periodically but this is the first time I've seen a talkgroup and NAC associated with it.I suspect 142.770 is a temp frequency for a site. The 142.770 is still present on a lot of local PD sites. 142.770 is licensed province wide so they may not want to tie up the allocation on a single site. I know that interop is now done via a dedicated TG for each department. Testing is usually early Sunday mornings and are in the 190xx TG range.
