PSU - Customs/DHS Omaha1

Just heard on 165.2375MHz/100.0Hz Omaha1 on a local (here or in MD) repeater state they would be landing at Pa. State University in about 10mins. Anyone know why Customs/DHS would be landing there?

Omaha1 is a Customs/DHS Blackhawk that can be heard around Northern VA. I usually hear it landing on Mt. Weather.
