It seems to me as of this weekend, Point Pleasant Beach dispatch has been fully encrypted. I first noticed it Saturday night, but it is still like that tonight. Most units are in the clear, but all of dispatch is encrypted. Did they get the same memo from Dover on how to totally lock out the community?
