This seems to be a good thing. The men and women in the dispatch sure can have their hands full at times. Its has its issues like anything else like the one motioned. They have seemed to have fixed the problem of the system sending both the unit in the area on another call and the unit covering to the same calls. Do other systems like this use such generic terms to describe the calls?

So whats the differenc between this an LOLA? Is it just a generic LOLA?

I don't know that it's a "generic" LOLA, but maybe just a different one. Sorta like whats the difference between a Chevy and a Ford...they're both cars.

sorry...i meant generic as in it just aires the call. It doesn't open doors or turn lights on/off etc.

Ah...I see.
It activates "Rip and run" printers, turns on lights, and activates scrolling LED sign boards in the stations. Doors are not operated by the system.
