Looks like the system was updated to mix mode. Analog & Digital talkgroups.
System Voice: - Analog and APCO-25 Common Air Interface
NAC: 130

Control Channel for that day was 868.325
Confirmed the other channels are still in use & Both had NAC 130: 867.8250 , 868.0750

Talkgroups logged on the system:
1616
19184 , 19696
20080 , 20192 , 20208 , 22576 , 22832 , 22896

Note: I couldn't get the Uniden 396 to track the system for some reason! (Strange!)

I have the same problem with the systems in Guadalajara and Lagos de Moreno... I can't track the systems if the control channel is on a frequency higher than 866 mhz.

You found the Public Safety System used statewide in Jalisco, Mexico.
I soon will post all related to this system in Guadalajara Metro Area.
It is really a big system, it handles Cities´police department, State Police, local emergency systems (fire and medical aid in the cities), state emergency systems, CFE links, PEMEX, SIAPA (water company), Proteccion Civil (Civil protection), Vialidad (transit police) and some digital groups used for PGR, State Police, Governor security, and "executive" groups.

Guadalajara, the main city in the metro area, has only 10 analog talkgroups for local police use, Zapopan has 7 talkgroups, Tlaquepaque 4, Tonala 4 and the list is getting bigger.
Transit Police has at least 14 talkgroups
State Police has 10 talkgroups in the metro area, it has more in other cities of the state

As you can see it's a very large and complicated system so it's taking me some time to get all the data collected.

Greetings from Guadalajara
