Hi all
After a couple of years of monitoring the puget sound naval shipyard,as boring as it can be. I did find a talkgroup that is tied in with the civilian police frequency LERN 155.370 is associated with talkgroup 384. After hearing what sounded like civilian law enforcement . I stopped my Pro97 on the LERN frequency. And waited for voice traffic. I heard the same voice traffic on talkgroup 384!
In addition to this talkgroup being associated with civilian public safety I have
544 Fire i.d sounds like "Mastcom"
640 Fire(Simulcast with CENCOM)
624 Fire (Simulcast with CENCOM)
CENCOM is the Kitsap county central dispatch communication center. And yes, they do dispatch for
the Puget sound naval shipyard.
I assume the shipyard has the ability to use these talkgroups to communicate with police, fire and rescue?
