i keep hearing about how pulaski is going to or already has switched over to a trunked dmr system. does anyone know for sure that they switched over?

Should be fully online if anyone in the area could verify and do some research. Heard it was going to be a six or seven site simulcast DMR tier 3 system. Law was going to be encrypted at least. EMS and fire were still going to be toned out on analog, but operations would be on digital.

Does anyone have any extra insights on this? I'm fairly local but don't have any DMR capable hardware to update the database.

From Wytheville, I heard a Tier III DMR control channel on 453.2875 which is licensed to Pulaski County under callsign WRTQ682. The system ID is S2 (Small 2) and the site number is 1.2 on DSD.

I'm very new to programming trunked systems I know little about. What's the best way to use these frequencies to find more information in terms of programming. I have a Uniden SDS 100 w/DMR and live close by.

In short, I'm comfortable programming systems that I can mostly import. This is new to me.
