Just discovered Burlington County is on this app Pulsepoint.

You can setup your notification preferences and I assume you are seeing exactly what they see on dispatch and station boards.

What’s the likelihood we see it come to Monmouth or Ocean County?

Oh great I assume another AI app that's going to increase encryption across the US?
If you had bothered to do 10 seconds worth of research instead of making uninformed assumptions and posting the same repetitive crap you always do, you would've learned that PulsePoint is directly integrated with the 911 centers. In other words, it doesn't happen without the cooperation of the public safety agencies involved.

There wasn't really a need to be rude like that. I realize I made a mistake and I'll do research next time.

I like the pulse point app as it alerts me to the various incidents whether it be a medical emergency, building fire, car accident (so I know what area to avoid!) among others. The other thing I like about it is that I can set it up to show nearby AED machines, so if I'm out shopping and a medical alert pops up near me, I can look to see if there is a nearby AED machine and help perform CPR while waiting for the medics.

My agency doesn't provide audio with the alerts so I just get the basic information of what the incident is, where it is, what units have been dispatched and if those units are enroute, arrived or cleared from the scene.

I should add that certain events are omitted from the app such as incidents involving weapons.
