Purchasing a scanner

Looking for someone in the San Diego area to program a scanner for me.
I will pay for it to be programmed. Any recommendations.

There is a guy around named Bud Jamison, his phone number is on one of these posts, do a search. He programs all the TV news stations scanners. He probably already has a file set-up since he programmed every type of scanner the stations have.
