Does anyone in lake co. with an analog scanner get chatter for Purdue Calumet that is listed as FM?

I believe this might be a TRBO frequency or something else as all I get is garbled noise.

Yep, it's TRBO per the license. Looks like it was changed on 5/5/11.

Look at the emission. 7K60FXE is TRBO

No problem. The Wiki has a pretty good list of the most common emission designators.

The emission designator doesn't always match with how an agency is using the frequency. Some users get licensed for digital (especially new licenses) but still use analog while others have implemented digital radios before the change shows up on the FCC website. Similar to some users being unlicensed or using expired licenses.
