I spoke with an undercover Dallas PD officer and he said instead Motorola 800 radio, they have been using Verizon Push To Talk. Comes in much clearer for them and they know who is on group chat. I'm guessing scanner cannot pick up. Correct? Any thoughts? Thanks.
